Lorenzo Tolliver

Lorenzo Tolliver is a respected leader in the St. Louis sports community, serving as the Head Coach of the St. Louis Stars and a certified MSHSAA official. With years of experience on the court and on the sidelines, Lorenzo brings a unique dual perspective to youth sports—combining the discipline of officiating with the strategy and mentorship of coaching. He is known for his ability to develop young athletes not only in skill but in confidence, teamwork, and character. His coaching philosophy centers on accountability, hard work, and teaching players to excel on and off the court. As a MSHSAA official, Lorenzo upholds the highest standards of fairness and integrity, earning respect from fellow coaches, players, and officials across the region. His leadership with the St. Louis Stars reflects his commitment to creating opportunities for youth and building strong community connections through sports. Lorenzo’s passion, professionalism, and dedication make him an invaluable part of our organization’s mission to empower the next generation.

Mesho Morrow

Mesho Morrow brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. With a background in officiating high school and small college girls’ basketball games, he has a deep understanding of the game and a commitment to fairness and athletic integrity. He also served as Assistant Coach for the Women’s Basketball Team at Flo Valley Community College, where he honed his coaching skills and developed a reputation for supporting and empowering young athletes. Today, Mesho is a driving force behind Arch Angels 3V3 Basketball — a program rooted in his love for the sport and dedication to building community through basketball. His combination of officiating experience, coaching background, and leadership at Arch Angels uniquely positions him to guide and grow our organization. Mesho is committed to creating opportunities for players, fostering sportsmanship, and helping each individual reach their potential on and off the court.

Brandon Rigmaiden

Brandon Rigmaiden is a dedicated financial professional who serves as the Financial Center Manager for Simmons Bank’s Normandy location in St. Louis, where he leads daily branch operations and supports both personal and business clients. With a strong commitment to customer service, Brandon oversees a team focused on delivering clear, accessible, and community-centered financial guidance. His work is grounded in building relationships, helping families and local organizations achieve financial stability, and ensuring that every client receives the resources they need to thrive. Brandon’s leadership style blends deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for serving North County communities. Known for his professionalism and integrity, he plays an active role in connecting Simmons Bank to neighborhood initiatives and supporting programs that uplift youth and local families. Brandon continues to be a trusted financial resource and an advocate for expanding opportunity through responsible banking and community partnership.
